What is Hospitality Circle?

A free, region-based trade network for UK hospitality. Venues such as pubs, bars, restaurants and hotels, and the suppliers who serve them, create a public profile in a UK-wide directory and join the WhatsApp community for their region.

Does it cost anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Joining is free, listing is free, and there is no commission on anything you arrange with another member. We are an introduction network, not a marketplace.

Which parts of the UK are covered?

All of it. There are 12 regional circles covering England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and every UK postcode belongs to exactly one of them. All are live now, so there is no waiting list and no launch region.

How do I know which region I am in?

Accepted Answer

Your postcode decides it. Enter it during sign-up and the site places you immediately, then hands you the WhatsApp invite for that circle.

Who can join?

Hospitality businesses only, on both sides: venues, and the brewers, food wholesalers, laundries, cleaners, EPOS and tech firms, PR agencies, fit-out companies, recruiters, accountants and licensing solicitors who supply them. It is trade to trade, not open to the public.

What are the WhatsApp groups for?

Day-to-day trade chat within your region: asking who is any good, offering spare stock or capacity, covering a shift, borrowing a gas bottle on a Saturday. Unsolicited selling and spam get you removed.

What are endorsements?

Accepted Answer

One member vouching for another, once, by name. They cannot be bought or given to yourself, and the count appears on the endorsed member's profile. It is the nearest thing here to a review, and it comes from businesses that actually trade with each other.

Question 8

How do I get my business into the directory?

Accepted Answer

Create a profile and fill in enough of it: a category, a description, a logo and a couple of photos. Profiles appear in the public directory once they are reasonably complete, which keeps the listings worth browsing.
